Upon receiving your update in regards to this issue I am not satisfied with the outcome. I have been given zero information or help regarding this matter. I am registered disabled and in your reply you have not helped me in anyway to resolve this issue. The trees are now also becoming a nuisance for my elderly neighbour who owns her home. The trees are causing sever light blocking and also potentially causing damage to the shed roof and the house. I have children who play in the garden and I feel are at risk of harm if a branch should snap and fall. The trees are severely overgrown and instead of assisting in helping to resolve these issues I am being passed around in circles getting nowhere. I have reported this issue multiple times over the last few years and only once has someone come out to remove some smaller branches. I am not satisfied with the outcome and I would appreciate some help in getting this issue resolved. Thanks
