Graffitti approx - 1.5 metre has been sprayed on a blue wall between Ceara Motorcyles and Coven. The address is 13- 15 West Street, BS2 0DF. The surface is painted. The graffiti starts approx. 3 inches above the payment, and goes up 60 - 100 cm
