Flytipping from last weekend still present. New encampment of caravans on this area of the downs. Volleyball club having a BBQ and volleyball party and have parked their 3-4 cars on the Downs between Ladies Mile and A4175 above Zoo.

Surely this recurrent issue needs to be nipped in the bud early as when one person sees another getting away with it they assume it's acceptable behavior and copy them?
