Building materials on highway blocking driveway, disabled driveway

The building materials concrete blocks big bags of sand and a skip been there for over a week no work being done it’s obstructing my driveway my disabled access no highway visibility of any of the buildings material so at night if go out can’t see anything behind and if some park at end of my driveway witch can often happen I will not be able to get out of my driveway most of all at night you can see anything and no high viz markings on any of the materials the skip is dark no lights and there’s breeze blocks it’s all on the road all of it and it’s been there for over a week now and yet no workers we was not informed by the neighbour we come home and it was just dumped there and we now are struggling to get on and off our driveway number 69 Druid stoke avenue
