Uneven pavement

I wrote on 8 May 2025 as I fell severely down Hensman Hill hurting my ribs severely (still in pain), black eye and grazed my knee badly too. I had a reply to say someone was looking into it but no reply yet. This corner of Hensman Hill is very uneven and during bad weather is unsafe. When it is wet/icy/snowy, I have problems getting to my flat on Cornwallis Grove. I would like a reply asap.
