Car crash into metal pavements bollards - uplifting pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7688000.

Car has gone into a metal bollard on the pavement and snapped the bollard completely off. The bollard area is quite dangerous and the area near the floor is quite sharp. I had placed the bollard against the wall, but it looks as if bristol waste has come and collected it.
