Grass not cut this year

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7689093.

The grass the block of flats has not been cut for a long time because of scaffolding which has now been removed. Unknown persons are now throwing rubbish in to the grass which is attracting rodents.
