Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7699746.

Repeat offenses of flytipping in the Bell Close lane adjacent to number 85 Bishop Manor Road. Contractors working in the area on a Council housing construction development are being blamed for this despite it clearly being domestic waste
