Multiple blocked drains on Pembroke Road between Queens Road & Richmond Park Road

Hello,

All of the drains on there west side of Pembroke Road Between Queens road and Richmond Park Rd are blocked, both at the surface level as well as in the drain. I've repeatedly cleared the surface blocking but water still drains slowly. This results in both the road as well as the sidewalk (pavement) flooding anytime it rains somewhat significantly.

This has been a problem for many months and the surface cleaning of the street hasn't solved the problem.
