Foliage blocking cycle/bus lane

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7703823.
Along the length of Portway (Heading SE into the City), especially along the section of bus/cycle lane, the foliage along the edge of the road has increasingly encroached into the carrieageway over the past year. This is causing cyclists the push further into the traffic lane and causing buses and taxis to have to straddle into the 'regular' traffic lane. It is also causing buses and taxis to have to overtake cyclists much wider than before, often having to straddle or enter the 'regular' traffic lane, increasing congestion at peak times and increasing the chance of a collision, especially for buses with limited visibility. The foliage is also now obscuring road signage, and also obstructing the camera monitoring the use of the bus lane.
There was a time when the bus lane was closed for a day while the foliage and trees were trimmed back, this doesn't appear to have been done for the last year or two.
