Faded double yellow lines

These lines have been faded for ant least 18 months and cars park on the lines on the industrial state 24/7. Forklifts, lorries, cyclists and general public are moving in and out of the car parks with limited visibility. I witnessed a HGV struggle to turn out of the car park, almost clipping the cars parked on the double yellows. Pedestrians may be unable to see forklifts moving out on to the road.
