12" "indentation " causing trip hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7706611.

Extremely large vehicle delivering heavy goods and machinery to no. 101, parked on this pavement on 10th June and damaged was noticed as soon as the lorry moved off. Potential trip hazard especially if further deliveries are made to make hole deeper.
