Bag of waste strewn over grass area

A black bin bag of waste has been strewn over grass on the downs near to ladies mile (behind bushes/trees) where 2 green waste bins are near to road. Looks like a fox may have ripped open bag & plastic bottles, food & other waste strewn across grass. Photo taken 12 June.
