Parking blocking pavement and dropped kerbs

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7714252.

Lots of vehicles park on the pavements the length of Lakeshore Drive but my concern is that there is a white van parked across the pavement blocking the pavement and access for crossing over at the bottom of the Lakeshore Drive before you head under the bridge and also a vehicle blocking the dropped kerb which is where people cross the entrance to Kenney Street.
