House clearance stuff dumped on a BCC site

This morning I found a mountain of general house clearance stuff dumped in my bulky waste cage. About a vanload.

I also found about half a dozen large cardboard boxes around the recycling bins.

I went thru it all in search of an address.

I found the following name and address on the cardboard boxes:

Beryl Abongo 27 Moor Grove House Bristol BS11 0LS

Among the waste, I found school books belonging to two children by a matching last name: Happy Abongo and Assin Abongo.

All in all, it took me over an hour to clean it all up. The rubbish filled up two 1,100 L communal bins.

Please investigate. I have further photos but your website won't allow me to upload them.
