Yellow lines

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7715484.

Citizen explains yellow lines were put only at this location on the road. this is leading to parking fines when they park here. i advised the line may have been put here due to the speed bump on the road. please can you advise if these can be removed?
