Totally blocked gulley

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7717315.
This gully is completely blocked with earth and now has grass growing out of it. I reported it and have received a report from Fix My Street that the case is closed because the issue is fixed. IT IS NOT FIXED. The drain continues to be blocked.
