Rocking and extremely noisy manhole cover - not fixed!

I reported this problem on 20th of May, and today I received an update saying "State changed to: Fixed", ref. no.:7596095. However it took only a minute to realise that there was absolutely nothing done about this noisy cover - it' is rocking exactly as previously under every car passing, with very loud metal clunk sound. It seems to me that the problem has been overlooked. Can you PLEASE FIX IT - that would be much appreciated. Thank you.
