Blocking whole pavement with waste and building materials very dangerous

96 Clouds Hill Road carrying out major work with no health and safety procedures in place. I live in the area and was told by neighbours that the owner of the house is called Andrew. No one is wearing any protection gear. No signs. Directly coming straight onto a public pavement, where I was walking past with my children very difficultly has the pavement has a very vast amount of items on and nearly got hit by a piece of concrete came flying down from above. I’m reporting this has it’s waiting for an accident to happen. Please this needs a health and safety investigation urgently to come out and close this site down immediately. I don’t know how they have been able to get away with this so long.
