Wrong road signs or missing signs to control high speed heavy traffic which make it dangerous for residents to pull out of drive way. I have mobility issues and their is the neighbours disabled bay on my left which means a blind spot

196 Bedminster road has heavy high speed traffic making it too noisy and dangerous to pull out of my drive way as there is a disabled bay blind spot"

Request description - "I cannot pull out safely as high speed traffic use the inner lane which should be for residents after the double yellow and disabled bay. The road signs are wrong there should be one to turn right"

Additional information - "It effects people crossing to the bus stop also residents pulling out of drive and mobility issuea"

Potential solutions - "A crossing , traffic light to slow traffic plus markings for inner lane residents only to pull in and out"
