Bins for the chalet have not been collected for several weeks and rubbish is accumulating and attracting rats. Last year, I enquired about getting communal bins instead of individual bins and recycling boxes as there are many elderly residents in the chalet and they struggle to use the bins. please get this looked into asap. Housing
