Approx 30 travellers caravans parked along the Sea Walls area blocking public benches with tents. Horse and dogs staked into grass, litter strewn and 2 cars drove over the grass as a roadway from top of Ivywell Rd as i walked over the grass myself. Loud music too. It's an encampment of at least a week.t.

I just did my usual walk up Sea Walls and found my usual path obstructed on to the Downs by about 30 travellers caravans, tethered horse and dogs, radio blaring music and litter all over the place. Usual downs benches along the hedges obstructed. I expect the bushes are their toilet. I'm in a flat and pay over £3K council tax. Please help move them.
