Horrible mess outsides the flats and by the crossing.

Ripped open bin bags, bits of wood and sharp chair leg that school children keep tripping on, rug by crossing that is a dangerous trip hazard for children on narrow pavement. Food waste in big bags is now in the street where bags have been ripped open and stinks. There is also animal poo around the food waste. This is a main route to Two Mile Hill school please do something about the residents who keep dumping waste in the street and making it dangerous on the very narrow pavement before a child trips and falls I. Road and is hit by a car!
