Builders sandbags dumped

These sand bags have been dumped by the company outside 45/ 47 and have been there for over 5 months. They are in the way. They are taking up space that residents could be using for parking their car safely. Sadly, it is causing people to park on the other side of the road making it a tight squeeze for emergency vehicles to pass through.
