House hold items have been dumped in the black bin areas green Finch Lodge grounds kingfisher drive side of building both the areas have household waste.

    Fridge freezer, bed frame more household waste had been dumped, I reported this on 27th of June and the rubbish dumping is growing by the week nothing had been collected, please can you explain why?
