Rubbish strewn across street during collection.

The bin collection crew have thrown rubbish all over thee street outside my house, and had the nerve tk saybit wasn't them even though they had just done it, them threatened that they won't take my rubbish next week because I complained about it to them. They didn't clear it up its still there now and its disgusting. This is an ongoing problem and this isn't the forst time I have complained about it. It's unsafe, unhygienic and unfair, we all pay our council taxes for this service the least they could donis their job. They didn't even come rohmd last week. It wasn't there when I got up thos morning, but it was there after they drove past and they claim it "wasn't them".
