Loose manhole cover. Previously reported. I had an email to say problem rectified, however the problem is still there and hasn't been rectified. Loose manhole cover makes a loud banging noise when cars drive over it. It wakes me up in the night. I can't keep my windows open in this hot weather it is so loud when cars drive over it. There are 4 manhole covers in picture provided. I do not know which cover it is. Please investigate
