Pavement repair beginning to crack

The pavement that leads onto my driveway (19 Queensdale Crescent) is beginning to crack and is no longer flat. We've lived at the property since August 2024 where it appears the pavement was retarmacked before this time. It's got gradually worse over the last 10 months.
