Student on the move bins overflowing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7785807.

The large 1100L bins is over flowing with rubbish and foxes have dragged the rubbish into the street as well - please can the bins be emptied and the streets need litter picking
