Reference number 7787883. There is a green bag of dog mess in West Mall (roadway) by the postbox. It has been there for a few weeks. I reported this earlier today and you confirmed later on today it has been resolved.

The issue has not been resolved. The green bag of dog mess is still in the road by the postbox in West Mall. I took the attached photo at approximately 18:45 this evening, 30 June 2025. This clearly shows the bag. I don’t understand why this issue has been marked as ‘resolved’ when it is outstanding.
