Increasing shrubs/weeds/brambles beginning to obstruct public right of way between Roman way and back of Avon House (Sea Mills lane). Disabled Scooters and Wheelchairs finding it difficult to pass through. Growth usually gets cut back several times a year but has been left to grow since beginning of year.
