Blocked Driveway all the Time

Hi - People are constantly parking across my drive when my car is on the drive and charging. I am interested in having a POD point to rent to locel people - but until I can guarentee people will stop doing this I cannot consider this. For me personally and my 2 children, one has autism and one has ADHD, this is relly distressing. My son is on workexperience today and we were late as I had to spend an hour trying to get through to th council, to then be advised to call the police and then they had to contact the owner and ask him to move his vehicle. Luckily this morning they were able to get hold of him, even though it was 6am. Please can i have double lines here. People also park so far forward or back that I am unable to get me car on and off the drive. Please can you let me know you are able to help with this.
