Caravan dumped on double yellows on junction. Was evicted from Parrys Lane, only to be relocated 20 yards away on double yellows right on the junction on Saville Road. Major hazard right on a junction. Double yellows in place to ensure traffic visibility, but this caravan blocks road view and is illegally dumped on double yellows. Needs to be removed and disposed.
