Difficulty getting on and off driveway

Because the road isn’t very wide, cars park opposite and affect me being able to get on and off the driveway. There is already a dropped curb

Would like to know the process or if whites lines (H lines I believe) can be put on the road to prevent cars parking directly opposite to stop me from being able to turn out or into the driveway
