Caravans blocking footpath

Two caravans are once again blocking the footpath access meaning users of the park need to navigate around trees to cross the road. Caravans taking priority over the majority of people who use the downs daily for recreation. Please enforce the 5 hour parking rules for high sided vehicals this would only be there temporarily if you did but instead it’s permanently.
