Vw transporter blocking work car park

There is a blue vw transporter blocking the entrance to my car park, I need to get cars in and out of here but I can’t! I have customers coming to pick there cars up and it’s stopping me from being able to work and people getting on with there days. I know it’s Sunday but there are signs that say please do not park here. Can this be moved asap as I would also like to get on with my day
