Bin room for Crown Apartments have been missing for many months vermin rat's and seagulls are entering the bin room in bins mess on pavement and people fly tipping because of not secure

The bin room is worsening because the doors are broken off and missing for nearly the last 12months vermin rat's and seagulls entering the bin room people also fly tipping because it is not secure fowl smell from rubbish and bins entering the street and building
