Mobile water emerging on the surface of the edge of the path leading up to to the Observatory Access to path is from Adjacent to Clifton Down /Promenade The water leak appears to be 24/7 and there is a definite flow if rather small This leak has been seen for the last month (June /July10th Worth checking as it may be the cold supply to the Obseevatory?
