Cardboard left in recycling boxes pkus wheeli bin

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7864504.
The recycling boxes full of cardboard have been left on the public pavement, obstructing it for less than mobile people and prams. The black wheelie has been left there too. Recycling day is Wednesday. These have been here for 2 days now. On pavement to side of number 39 Hebron Road. Outside no. 40 but not put out by them.

This has now been resolved by the owner of the rubbish removing it from the pavement
