Over grown tree

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7869201.

I have reported this tree several times now and nothing seems to be getting done It blocks the guttering and the drains one branch has broken off It blocks a lot of daylight to my property Could someone please sort the out The tree needs to be trimmed or cut down Thank you
