Recycling/food waste scattered

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7871420.

Dropped recycling 10/07, recorded but no return made 11/07. Escalated with BWC. However, excess recycling is building-up, FWBs have been attacked by animals and it’s now attracting flies. Recycling/food waste scattered - please inspect street and clear litter kicking around.
