Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7877826.

Thursday 10th July. The recycling was missed in the whole road. People are paying for a service. This isn't good enough. It needs collection. If this is anything to do with staffing issues, holiday, the heat wave. None of these are valid reasons. If we stopped council tax you'd soon be banging on the door. We need movement RATS have been seen
