Tree needs reduction

This tree is so big that its roots are causing our patio slabs to be uneven, and we feel worried that it might eventually cause more damage to the property if not kept in check. The pollarding, when it happens, doesn’t seem to take it back far enough. (I chose the category as it was the closest I could find to this particular issue)
