Fly Posting on illuminated bollard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7897289.

Someone has stuck a large sticker on the back of an illuminated bollard.

Previous reports at https://fixmystreet.bristol.gov.uk/ report/ 7675019 and https://fixmystreet.bristol.gov.uk/ report/ 7688714 have been closed in error as the problem has not been resolved.
