Dog mess

I did report this earlier today only to receive an email saying it does not f as lol under your responsibility, utter nonsense you came out last Wednesday and cleared up dog mess from exact same spot it needs clearing again and clearing properly so the animal does not mess again this is disgusting and will cause the kids distress if they keep walking into the road to avoid. If not your job to clean this up them please tell me other than the persons who made this awful mess who do you suggest?????
