  • BCC reference to "GRAFFITI" is not correct, the Citizen has correctly reported 'Tagging'. Tagging is associated with Drug Dealing Gangs who Tag the area in which they operate, so making it known to other Drug Dealers the area is under their control. The Tagging in Bishopston/Ashley Down/St Andrews was removed by volunteers who I believe no longer endeavour to carry out works that BCC are incapable of. Thanks and gratitude are relayed to the volunteers, your absence is evidently noted; And the inabilities of the Constabulary and BCC evidently prevail.
