Overgrown hedges/brambles across footpath and pavements between the 80 and 100 Wedmore vale.

The brambles are actually out across the pavement face height posing a health and safety risk to pedestrians. As well as across the footpath causing a health and safety risk to residents and council recycling operatives. I understand that we are responsible for anything our side , however some residents DONT manage their hedges and the council DONT seem to keep on top of the roadside hedges unless I report it every year.
