Sink hole - reappearing

Last year we had a sink hole that appeared in the road. It was filled in, and this year it is rapidly reappearing. I've reported this a week ago, and got another email to tell me to report under "POT HOLE"

This needs to be investigated asap, as last year a car got stuck in the depression and the hole got bigger and bigger.
