Toddler swings and wooden climbing frame opposite the swings

Both swings are very cracked on the bottom and can be easily completely broken. The wooden climbing frame opposite the swings is damaged and is an issue as the last few steps are broken and unsafe. Both has both of the issues have been like that for a while.
