Rubbish in bags left along side of street for 2 weeks

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7961123.

Rubbish is continually left along this small section of pathway, and is never cleared up. If the rubbish is not removed on bin day or put in the correct recycling bins, then it is just left there until the next week.
